Dear Parents Having many years of formal and in home childcare experience, my ultimate goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment to all children in my care. My desire for quality child care is often expressed through a very creative and highly stimulating learning environment. I believe every child deserves a personalized approach to learning, no matter how difficult the task appears to be, and strive to attain such success. Having the ability to provide a young life with the safety and security to grow and learn has always been one of my greatest joy in life!
While teaching at YMCA Leap Frog Preschool and Gilead Christian School I have encouraged students to develop positive self esteem and creative expression as well as teaching them basic skills of understanding things, colors, shapes and also hygiene. My experience also extends to planning interactive art activities for children to develop their creativity and reading story books with morals to help children understand values. At Christian Children's Home of Ohio I was a lead staff providing a safe environment to meet the physical, mental, and emotional needs of abused, abandoned, and neglected children. I aided children with the healing process and modeled for them how a healthy family functions and develops coping and life skills.
Enclosed is my resume, which highlights my work, educational, and volunteer experience.
You can reach me by my cell phone: 330-347-8383. Thank you for your consideration!
